I was in Shakopee, MN this afternoon and I stopped to have lunch under a bridge. The bridge apparently has been closed to vehicle traffic for a couple years now. I see the bridge was actually still open to pedestrians and is now a park. I would think a bridge in this kind of shape and residing in the Minneapolis metro area would be closed by now – considering all that happened on the 35W bridge.
